These are to certify that Erin Glandale of Minoc, of the Ship named the WOF Liberty, having applied to me for an authority to cruise against all the guilds enemies and having received the Councils commands to encourage all the guildmembers by every means in their power to distress and annoy the efforts of the guilds enemies.

I do by virtue of the power and authority given to me conformable by Lord Angus, authorize and empower the said Erin Glandale in and with the said ship called the WOF Liberty to cruise against all the guilds enemies, and he is fully authorized to assure all others involved in this said private "Ship of War" that Lord Angus will consider him and them as fully entitled to having a just claim to all vessels and property of every kind which he or they shall make prize of from all or any of the guilds enemies, provided the same shall be a lawful prize.
